5 Minute Asian Steak Bundles

Asian Steak Bundles
PREP & COOK TIME = UNDER 10 MINUTES!
Ingredients:
2 tenderloin steaks – pounded out to ¼ inch thickness
1 Bunch Scallions (about 8)
2 tsp. teriyaki sauce
½ tsp. Szechwan sauce
¼ Cup Mandarin orange slices (canned)
½ cup pickled ginger
1 handful Cilantro (optional)
Foil
Grill (or oven if you’re not cooking outside)
Directions:
Place 2 sheets 8 x 8 of foil on worksurface.
Place steaks on top & begin to add ingredients to bundle.
First drizzle teriyaki & Szechwan sauces on top.
Then add cilantro, ginger, scallions and a few mandarin orange slices.
Wrap up – place on heated grill & cook for approx. 2 minutes. Remove & serve immediately!
