All-purpose barbecue rub
 

INGREDIENTS

- ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup sweet paprika
- 3 tablespoons of black pepper
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

 

DIRECTIONS

Mix all of the ingredients well. Store the barbecue rub in an airtight food saver container such as a canning jar or a ziplock storage bag until required.
