BBQ SHRIMP WITH FIRE ROASTED CORN & AVOCADO SALSA

6 Large Shrimp ( Peeled and devained )
Your favorite BBQ sauce ( your not getting my recipe )

Salsa Ingredients(toss all ingrediants together in bowl)
1 Avocado
1 large ear of corn(Grilled and sliced off the cob)
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 bell pepper (chargrilled until burnt, peeled & diced)
1 roma tomato (chargrilled for 1 minute,peeled & diced)
1/2 tsp chopped fresh garlic
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 fresh lime juiced
pinch of cumin, salt and pepper

Season Shrimp with salt pepper and citrus juice before grillling. Baste with BBQ sauce while grillling on high heat, insuring carmelization of the BBQ sauce on the shrimp. Serve with Fire roasted corn and avocado salsa!
