Bourban Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 thick cut boneless pork chops

Brine:
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups water

Marinade / Glaze
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup bourbon
1 tsp tobasco

Heat grill to medium high heat

Soak pork chops in brine mixture minimum 30 minutes.

Put pork chops and 1/2 marinade mix in sealable bag. let marinate for 20-30 minutes.


Place pork chops on heated grill and cook approx. 4-6 minutes each side. Brush second side with marinade until done.
