Try
this excellent marinade for poultry, beef or pork.

INGREDIENTS:
1
cup bourbon whiskey
1/4
cup honey
1/2
cup ketchup
1/2
cup cider vinegar
1/2
cup peanut oil
2
tablespoons nutmeg, freshly ground
3
tablespoons instant coffee powder
1
chili, diced
3
tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2
tablespoons cloves, ground
3 tablespoons salt
2
teaspoons black pepper
PREPARATION:
Mix
all liquid ingredients together
in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Add
dry ingredients and continue to
stir for 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat
and simmer for 5 minutes, then
remove from heat.
Pour
over meats or poultry, cover,
and refrigerate for 4-24 hours
before grilling.
