Favorite Breakfast Casserole

Anyone interest in our breakfast casserole recipe?

Don't you love to prepare casseroles for breakfast? In my experience, they are generally loved by the whole family (and in my case at least, by guests as well), they are quick and easy to make.

Casseroles can be prepared the night before and then popped into the oven when you're ready, and they definitely beat the standard cold cereal or scrambled eggs and toast as a breakfast meal.

What's more, most casserole recipes make very efficient use of basic ingredients, making them very economical as well. The list of advantages just goes on and on, prompting me to claim that casseroles are pretty hard to beat! And I'm not alone.

"This is a favorite family breakfast treat" writes Samantha Hayworth, who shared this recipe with us. She also stated "I prepare it often, usually on one of our RV trips. Everybody loves it!"

Well, I agree with Samantha.

The cheddar cheese, mustard and fresh sage really give this awesome casserole recipe a tasty zap. This casserole is easy to prepare and will make a great start to any action packed day.
