Brooklyn Bear's Finger Licking Good Grilled Tuna Steaks

Sometimes the simplest recipes yield the best results!

Ingredients:
2 4-8oz Albacore Tuna Steaks
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 Tablespoon Creole Mustard
Juice of 1 Lemon
Fresh Sea Salt to Taste
Freshly Ground Pepper to Taste
Spray vegetable oil- for grill

In a covered dish combine: olive oil, garlic, Creole mustard, and lemon juice.
Wash tuna steaks with cool water and pat dry.
Season both sides of the tuna steaks with sea salt and ground pepper (to taste).
Add tuna steak to covered dish and marinate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Spray vegetable oil on grill racks before cooking.
Grill tuna steaks on a hot grill for 8-10 minutes on each side.
