Charcoal grill hamburger packet

Kristi's charcoal grill hamburger packet

Ingredients:


1 lb hamburger
salt
pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 potatoes
1/2 onion into slices
3 carrots, sliced

Preparation

Heat charcoal until smoldering coals are left.

Mix hamburger with salt pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Make into four patties, set aside.

Chop onions carrots and potatoes into round slices.

Put 1/4 of the potatoes 1/4 of the carrots and one onion slice onto a large peice of tin foil salt and pepper. Add a hamburger to the tin foil and wrap into a package.
Repeat with other four hamburgers.

Place packets into coals and cover with coals for 45mins.
