Chris's Kickin' Kebabs





Ingredients:

2 lbs beef steak
1 lb cubanelle peppers
1 large red onion
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 cups Uncle Jed's Tennessee Whiskey Glaze

Directions:

- Cube steak into 1-inch squares.
- De-seed peppers and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Peel onion, cut into eight equal parts, remove core, and trim to 1-inch sections.
- Toss all this and tomatoes with Uncle Jed’s Glaze and marinate (overnight is best. But a quick marinade while the grill heats up will do).

- Alternate meat and vegetables on skewer, making sure meat is at the end to hold to kebab in place. Make sure to grab a few layers of onion per grouping. Grill on both sides until meat is at your desired temperature.
