Dr. Jay’s BBQ Rib Sauce!

1 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
3 thin lemon slices

Cook butter and garlic 4-5 minutes. Add other ingredients. Bring to boiling.
Simmer separately for at least 15 minutes or pour over meat and marinate for 2 hours, flipping ribs after the first hour.
Throw those glorious ribs on the smoker or grill and sit back and prepare to eat the tastiest BBQ you have ever put in your mouth!

That's what the "BBQ" in this BBQ recipe stands for. Easy and Tasty! Wanna help it soak in to the meat? We Froze the ribs, made the sauce then marinaded the frozen ribs and let them suck in the great taste as they thawed.
