Try this great creamy coleslaw recipe


Makes 6-8 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


PREPARATION:

  1. Combine mayonnaise and cream with the cabbage and carrot. We're aiming for a nice, creamy coleslawIt should be creamy, not soggy, so adjust quantity of mayonnaise and cream accordingly, as required.
  2. Add seasonings, mix, taste and adjust
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
