This is a completely personal observation, that you may not agree with. For me, nothing compares to a great campfire breakfast. To set the stage, imagine the rising sun slowly turning the mute colors of early morning into bright, sun-swept vistas, then the feeling of a cool morning breeze mixing the delicious aromas of eggs, pancakes, french toast, fresh fruits and vegetables into the air. Now doesn’t that sound like the perfect way to start the day?
For me and my family, eggs are a superb way to start the day, whether we're out in the great outdoors camping or at home. Besides breakfast, egg dishes are great for other meals as well, and for entertaining, friends and family too (try my favorite deviled eggs recipe, below, for instance).
What I like most about eggs?
Eggs are high in protein and vitamin B12, and eggs are nutritious and healthy. Best of all cheap and plentiful, eggs are a common ingredient that’s used around the world. But despite all this, more likely because of it, many people tend to think of eggs as a boring, standard, but necessary breakfast ingredients.
