Flamingo Burger

Ingredients:


1lb of ground round
2 ripe plum tomatoes
1 avocado
8 oz of sliced baby bellas
1 clove of garlic thinly sliced
1 lime
8 oz of colby horseradish cheese
garlic powder
black pepper
salt
olive oil
cilantro

Preparation:

mix 1lb ground round with salt, pepper,garlic powder set aside. Rough chop spooned avocado,tomato, tlbs of cilantro into mixing bowl squeeze 1/2 lime salt&pepper to taste set in refrigerator aside.

Heat grill or griddle , add small wedge of cheese to 1/4 pound of round and shape into pattie. Place on grill 5-6 min each side or until done.
saute sliced garlic /bellas in olive oil, salt &pepper to taste.

Toast buns add avocado relish to buns add horseradish cheese stuffed burgers topped with mushrooms. Side of habenaro potato chips and enjoy.
