Grilled Chicken Fiesta

1 fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 bottle of beer (at room temperature is best)
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Dip Mix
Place the chicken pieces in a large zipper type bag, and place that in a dish large enough to support it. Add the dip mix and then pour the bottle of beer over all. Close the bag and gently turn to mix the ingredients. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours. Grill over medium heat until golden brown and done. Serves 6.
