INREDIENTS
Boneless chicken 01 kg
yoghurt 250 g
Garam masala 10 g
Cumin powder 05 g
Kasoori methi powder 05 g
Mustard oil 20 ml
Black salt 10 g
Green chillie paste 50 g
ginger and garlic paste 20 g
Chat masala 10 g
ajwain 05 g
Salt Totaste
mint leaves 10 g
Coriander leaves 10 g
METHOD
01. Clean and marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste
vinegar and salt , set aside for half an hour
02. clean and grind coriander leaves and mint leaves to
a fine paste
03. make a smooth and thick batter with all the
masalas and coriander and mint paste
04. mix chicken with this batter and set aside for 15
minutes
05.gently cook in a hot tandoor for 20 minutes
06. serve hot , with mint coriander chutney
