Jalapeno Burgers

Jalapeno Burgers
Ingredients:
3 ½ lbs. Ground Beef
3 1/2 tbsp. Heavy Cream
1 ¾ tsp. Salt
14 tsp. Salsa
4 tbsp. Diced Onions
3 Garlic cloves minced
1 ¾ tsp. Pepper
14 Jalapeno peppers chopped
1 ¾ c. Monterey Jack Cheese
Preparation
- Mix together ground beef, onion, cream, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Form into patties.
- Divide patties into two equal sets. With the first set of patties, top with salsa, jalapeños and cheese.
- Then top with the remaining patties and press the edges together to form a seal. Grill over medium heat for twelve minutes, turning once after seven minutes.
- Serve on a bun or without.
- Top with remaining salsa, peppers and cheese.
