Key West Grilled Chicken

I call this my Key West special

* 1 1/2 lb Boneless; skinless chicken breast halves
* 3 tb Soy sauce
* 1 tb Honey
* 1 tb Olive or vegetable oil
* 1 ts Lime juice
* 1 ts Garlic powder


Instructions:
Place the chicken in a shallow dish; set aside. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat a barbecue grill. Cook the chicken over medium heat for about 10 minutes per side, or until tender and no pink remains. Discard excess marinade.
