Korean Barbeque
Cannot be healthier Korean Barbeque (No sugar, No soy sauce)
Ingredients
1) 1.5 lbs of boneless beef short ribs
2) 1 apple pear
3) 1 baseball size vidalia onion
4) 6 cloves of garlic
5) 1 1/2 TBS of fish sauce
6) 1 TBS of water
7) 1 1/2 ts of Agave syrup
8) 1 ts of freshly ground black pepper
Slice chunks of boneless beef short ribs lengthwise to 1/3 inch thickness.
Pound sliced short ribs slightly so that marinade can be absorbed easily.
Set aside.
Chop 6 cloves of garlic. Also chop 1 apple pear and 1 onion to a size small enough to become almost like juice in your own blender. Put chopped garlic, apple pear and onion in your blender, and add 1 1/2 TBS of fish sauce, 1 TBS of water, 1 1/2 ts of Agave, and 1ts of freshly ground black pepper. Blend until consistency of the mixture becomes almost like thickness of V8 juice.
Pour the mixture into short ribs, and mainade overnight.
Remove marinade before grilling to avoid burning.
Grill 3 minutes on each side, and enjoy. (Resting may be unnecessary.)
