Spicy lemon BBQ sauce for grilled fish

This sauce is excellent with grilled fish. It can be served immediately, but if you let it rest for a couple of hours the flavors blend together and the taste is enhanced.

Try this great grilled fish BBQ sauce

Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
	1 tablespoon red and green chili pepper, diced very small
	4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
	2 spoons fish sauce
	½ cup coriander, shredded, or according to taste

PREPARATION:
	Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the coriander
	Allow the flavors to blend for about ½ hour
	Adjust seasoning to taste. Add the coriander before serving.
