Steak prices are on the rise and will continue to increase.
Here is a simple recipe that will improve any cut of steak.
I got this recipe from a restaurant supplier many years ago. He has since gone to the big barbeque in the sky so I'm sure he won’t mind.
Place you're steak in liquid margarine(be sure to cover it in the liquid margarine) and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before your barbeque.
I have used this recipe for over 40 years and it still surprises me how much it improves the tenderness and taste.
Try it-you will be amazed!
