Chicken 01 kg
yoghurt 250 g
cumin powder 02 g
chat masala 02 g
Garam masala 02 g
Kasoori methi powder 02 g
Cardomom powder 02 g
Mustard oil 10 ml
Black salt 02 g
Ginger and garlic paste 07 g
Green chillie paste 05 g
Cashewnut paste 20 g
Cardomom powder 04 g
Cheese 10 g

METHOD
01.Clean and cut chicken into cubes
02. Marinate chicken with ginger and garlic paste
vinegar and salt
03. Make a thick batter with all other ingredients
except cheese and cardomom powder
04. Add chicken pieces and cardomom powder and mix well and set aside for 15 minutes
05. crush cheese over and cook in tandoor .
06. serve hot with mint coriander chutny
