Mediterranean Coleslaw Recipe

You've really got to try this yummy Mediterranean coleslaw recipe. Quite different when compared to regular coleslaw recipes, you'll soon have to admit.

The coleslaw recipe is great for entertaining too.

While I think everyone would agree that coleslaw is an American barbecue staple, I find that most people just pick some up at the store instead of making it at home.

This is a pity, really. Why settle for industrial grade, when most coleslaw recipes are usually so quick and easy to make at home - as is the yummy recipe for coleslaw below. Different too, you have to admit, and great for entertaining.

Similar to peanut coleslaw, the cashews give it a delicious twist, while the olives give it a gentle Mediterranean flavor. I love to try different coleslaw recipes, and this non-creamy coleslaw recipe is now on my list of favorite cole slaw recipes.

This cole slaw recipe has a printer friendly version, minus all the text and adds. To open it, just click on the printer icon or on 'Print recipe' above the recipe instructions.
