Mitchell's hot diggity dog & BBQ sauce recipe

ingriediants

6 hot dogs
6 hot dog buns
1/2 cup of relish
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 cup of BBQ sauce recipe follows
1 cup of grated cheese


Instructions

First warm up your grill to medium high heat. Take your hot dogs and cook for 10 min.When there is about 3 min. left place the buns face down on the grill and cook until the hot dogs are done. Then place the hot dog in bun and immediatly put on grated cheese, BBQ sauce,relish,salt and pepper.Eat and enjoy!


Ingredients

2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
51/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
51/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour 15 minutes.
