Really liked how the warm crusted tomato meshed with the burger and the crunch of the corn relish. I can see this burger being the base of other burgers; it has possibilities.

Wow! There is an explosion of flavor with this burger! I think the cornmeal crusted tomato and corn relish really makes the burger. I'm adding this recipe to my collection.

I made this burger over the 4th weekend and everyone loved it! Even the vegetarians in the group ate the tomato glazed with the sauce and topped with relish in a sandwich. I will be making this again!
