Try this typical North Carolina
BBQ sauce recipe

Barbecue sauce recipes add punch to a barbecue - and this great recipe for homemade BBQ sauce is no exception!

I have tried many BBQ sauce recipes in my time. I use them whenever possible, as I find they add a lot of flavor to a meal.

I love a nice mustard-based BBQ sauce, and this one is a typical North Carolina BBQ sauce recipe. While it may be a little piquant, it's so easy to make, and so well liked, that it is definitely worth the effort. It's delicious with grilled poultry, steak and pork.

So go ahead and try this easy mustard and vinegar BBQ sauce recipe, it'll help keep you away from all the mass produced stuff.

*Do you prefer it a little more sweet than sour? Adjust the seasoning accordingly.

** Make a larger quantity by adjusting quantities. You can easily store left-overs in a sealed zip-lock or vacuum bag, and save time and money as well. (I use FoodSaver, America's #1 Selling Brand of Home Vacuum Packaging systems!)
