oozie chile cheeseburger

Ingriedients 4 good quality hamburger buns
2 poblano chilis grilled, peeled,seeded, chopped
1 1/2 pound hamburger meat
12 slices chedder cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
4 slices of beefsteak tomatoes
4 slices of romaine lettuce



Directions

First heat the BBQ to medium high heat.Then take your hamburger meat and make one patty take about 3 of your cheese slices , put them on the hamburger patty you just made. Then make another hamburger patty and put that patty on the top of the one you just made and press the edges closed. Keep on repeating until you run use all of the meat.(It should make 4 burgers)

Once the hamburger patties have been prepared put them on the grill and cook until they are done adding the salt and pepper to taste.

When the burgers are almost done, about 10 min. put the buns face down until they are brownish gold .

Then take the burgers and buns off and take your chopped up poblano chiles and top on the burger then put a slice of tomato on your burger and top with lettuce.

Eat and enjoy.
