Orange Ginger Glazed Ribs

2 pounds pork ribs
Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ginger (minced)
4 scallions (chopped)
2 pieces star anise
Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate ribs overnight.

Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbs. orange peel (chopped)
1 Tbs. ginger (minced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 Tbs. olive oil
juice from 3 fresh oranges
Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Reduce by 1/3.

Grill ribs all the while brushing with sauce.
