Out of this World Burgers

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic,minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
1 1/2 teaspoon dill
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 envelope tomato soup mix
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup Mesquite marinade
4 slices cheddar cheese(optional)
4 hamburger buns

Directions:
1. Chop onions and mince garlic. Combine all ingredients
2. Form ground beef into 4 four ounce patties.Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Heat coal burning outdoor grill to about 400 degrees.
4. Place burgers on grill and cook for about 15 minutes or until your desired wellness is achieved.About 10 minutes before removing burgers from grill at cheese if you like, 1 slice on each burger.
5. Place burgers on buns and serve hot.

Servings: 4
Serving Size: 1 burger
Prep Time: 1 1/4 hours
Cook Time: 15 minutes
