pulled pork bbq sandwiches

1-3 to 4 lb pork shoulder roat




rub with BONESUCKIN SAUCE RIB RUB.coat both sides of roast. cover& let marinate 4to8 hours in refrigerator.
start coals on just one side of grill till they are ready to start cooking.put a drip pan on the other side with alittle water in it to keep the roast moist.
In a small bucket moisten some hickory chips.when they
arewet enough wrap in foil pouch put a few pokes in it
with a fork just enough to make it smoke.when you put it
on the fire side of the grill.put the roast on the side with out the fire let it cook till the meat falls off the bone.let it cool good then pull the meat put in a
cast iron dutch oven. along with two large onions chopped very fine &two green bell peppers chopped small.
now for the bbq sauce part.

3-cups of ketchup
3 Tabs.vinegar
8 Tabs.perpared mustard
8 Tabs brown sugar
2 tes salt
8 dashes tabasco sauce

now let simmer till peppers & onions are done .
put on big kizer rolls &serve with chips or what ever
you like

This was one of the best pulled pork bbqs I have
ever ate it would put sloppy joes and manwitch to shame Ilove it
