Randy's potato salad

Many people tell me they hate potato salad tell me they try mine


10 med potatoes peeled cut in uneven diced pieces and boil till soft but firm

Fry 8 pieces thick cut bacon tell crispy

Boil 8 eggs

In a serpent bowl, add 3 cups of Best Foods mayo, 3Tbs yellow French mustered, 1 small sweet onion diced small, 4 stacks diced small of celery, 2 cups dill relish, 3Tbs of garlic powder.

After potatoes cool, add bacon bits and diced boiled eggs then fold them into the mix you made in the serpent bowl. Make sure the mix covers it all, if not add more mayo.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Let rest in fridge for 12 to 24hrs

If too dry, add more mayo

Serve cold
