Southwestern Rice Salad

So good and refreshing and a perfect accompanyment to BBQ, my friends and family ask for this at every event!

3 cups cooked long grain rice
1 can whole kernal corn
1 can black beans, drained
1 cup chunky salsa ( your taste- mild or hot)
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and chill for at least an hour prior to serving.
