Spicy BBQ Salmon Steaks

by Keith
(Harris)

Serves 2. Multiply ingredients for larger quantities

Ingredients:

Fish:
2 salmon fillets, skin removed

Marinade:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Instructions:
Mix the marinade ingredients together.

Place each salmon fillet on a large piece of foil. Pour marinade over, and fold the foil to create a sealed envelope.

Place on BBQ, medium heat, and cook for about 20 minutes, until salmon is just done.

I love to serve with potato salad and greens.
