Sticky Apple BBQ Sauce

2 cups Ketchup
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP Honey
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cups Applesauce (smooth or chunky) depending on taste. We love the chunky when doing a Pork Roast or Chops.
Slowly simmer in a sauce pan until it bubbles, stirring consistently. Let cool. Sauce will thicken. Coat your meat of choice when grilling until done. Layer after layer of sweet sticky BBQ Sauce. Adds wonderful flavor to all meats. Great on shrimp and scallops too.
