Sweet and spicy grilled salmon with grilled vegetables

salmon marinate




2 6oz portion salmon filet with out skin
1 tb montreal steak seaoning
3 tb blackening seasoning
3 tbs light brown sugar
1/4 cup EVOO

1 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1 red onion
6 asparagus spears
1/3 cup heirloom cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2 tb chopped thyme
3 tb EVOO


combine marinate in a ziplock back and at fish allow to marinate for no more than 2 hours

chopped vegetables on a bias toss in herbs, salt, pepper and EVOO

grill salmon until medium rare on low flame so that the salmon will cook before it carmelizes
grill vegetables until slightly tender with nice grill marks
