TANDOORI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
Chicken 01 kg
yoghurt 250 g
Ginger and garlic paste 10 g
Green chillie pste 02 g
Kashmiri chillie powder 04 g
Chat masala 02 g
cumin powder 02 g
Garam masala 04 g
kasoori methi powder 02 g
mustard oil 25 ml
Black salt powder 04 g
Salt To taste
red colour A pinch

METHOD
01. Clean and cut chicken and marinate in ginger and garlic paste,vinegar and salt
02. Make a thick batter with all the ingredients
03. mix with chicken and set aside for half an hour
04. cook in hot tandoor
05. serve hot with mint&coriander chutney

NOTE:Tandoor is an Indian Clay Oven
