3 TBLS. MOLASSES
1 TBLS. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 TSP ALLSPICE
1/4 TSP CINNAMON
2 TBLS. BROWN SUGAR
1 CHIPOTLE CHILI PLUS 1 TBLS. ADOBO SAUCE (CANNED)
ADD 2 OR 3 IF YOU LIKE IT HOT, HOT , HOT
5 POUNDS PORK BUTT
2 TBLS. OLIVE OIL
SEASON SALT
WISK TOGETHER BBQ SAUCE, COFFEE, MOLASSES, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, ALLSPICE, CINNAMON, BROWN SUGAR, AND CHIPOTLE CHILE AND SAUCE. SET ASIDE. ADD 2 TBLS. OLIVE OIL TO SAUTE PAN. RUB SEASON SALT ON ENTIRE SURFACE OF THE PORK. ADD PORK TO THE OLIVE OIL SEARING ON ALL SIDES. SPRAY SIDES OF SLOW COOKER WITH A VEGTABLE SPRAY (THIS MAKES CLEAN UP EASIER LATER). COOK ON HIGH 5 - 6 HOURS OR ON LOW 10 - 12 HOURS. REMOVE PORK FROM THE SLOW COOKER AND SHRED WITH 2 FORKS. REMOVE EXCESS FAT AS YOU SHRED. ADD SHREDDED PORK BACK TO BBQ SAUCE. SERVE PULLED PORK ON A TOASTED ROLL. PULLED PORK CAN BE COOKED AHEAD OF TIME AND WARMED UP ON YOUR OUTDOOR GRILL. SERVES 10-12
