Twice Barbecued Chicken Legs

Twice BBQ'd Chicken Legs

Ingredients - 10 Chicken Legs
6-8 cups water
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 cup Honey BBQ Sauce
6 oz BBQ Potato Chips

Directions - Begin pre-heating grill to medium/high temperature. Par-boil chicken legs in water (Seasoned with liquid smoke) to cover in large pan for 30 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry. Coat chicken legs with bbq sauce and place on grill for 4 minutes on each side. Coat chicken again and shake in BBQ chips to coat - return to grill for an additional 4 minutes on each side. - - Crunchy, Saucy and Great -- Serves 5-6

Great for the 4th - Yummy

I always had trouble cooking chicken legs on the grill without burning them on the outside and
not getting them done in the middle. This recipe taught me the "secret" - and my kids love em too!

I'm making these every 4th of July from now on - You've got to try them.
