ZIQZAM CHICKEN BARBEQUE

Ingredients:
1whole chicken (cut to 10 portion)
2 stalks ground lemon grass
1tbs ground pepper
4 tbs curry powder (without chili)
1 inch tumeric
1 inch ginger
2 tbs sugar
1/2 tbs salt
1tbs crushed garlic
2tbs crushed onion
Method
Mix all ingredients to the chicken
Keep in fridge (not frozen ) for 5 hours
Wrap the chicken with aluminum foil
Grill for 1 hour
